Connect With Our Sol Mentors
Start the conversation with us by filling out the form provided.
Whether you are exploring support or ready to begin, we are here to meet you with understanding and respect. We believe every interaction should feel safe, warm and truly human from the very first hello.
What happens next?
Once your details have been shared, we’ll be in touch to connect and begin getting to know you and the person you’re supporting. From there, we’ll organise an initial face-to-face meeting, usually in the home, so we can understand the environment, what feels comfortable and how we can best support in a space that feels safe and familiar, while gently building skills that can carry into the community and social settings.
During this visit, we’ll talk through goals, preferred times, support needs and what a good fit looks like. From there, sessions will begin with a Sol Haus mentor who comes prepared to walk alongside the journey with the right support and intention.
We understand that finding the right person and fit can take time, so we move through this process thoughtfully to ensure it feels aligned for everyone involved.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We understand that navigating funding can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, so we aim to keep things as clear and supportive as possible from the very beginning.
Sol Haus Society provides supports through the NDIS, with services billed in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and your available plan funding. We welcome both plan-managed and self-managed participants, and are always happy to walk alongside you in understanding how your funding can be used in a way that feels simple and manageable.
For those not accessing the NDIS, we also offer private payment options.
All fees and billing details are shared and discussed openly before supports begin, so there are no surprises, just clarity and confidence moving forward.
If you ever have questions, we’re here to talk things through and support you in whatever way feels right.
